Casey worked for nine years as a member of the executive leadership team at Qualtrics, where he oversaw the retention and growth of the company’s $1.8 billion book of business in addition to guaranteeing the success of its 20,000 global customers. Notably, Qualtrics is a Top 20 Global SaaS Company and is credited with founding the Experience Management (XM) category.
