Donnchadh Casey has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, according to a statement released today by CalypsoAI, the pioneer in AI security and enablement. Casey most recently held the position of Chief Customer Officer at Qualtrics, a well-known technology company that enables businesses to provide outstanding experiences for both employees and customers. Casey worked for nine years as a member of the executive leadership team at Qualtrics, where he oversaw the retention and growth of the company’s $1.8 billion book of business in addition to guaranteeing the success of its 20,000 global customers. Notably, Qualtrics is a Top 20 Global SaaS Company and is credited with founding the Experience Management (XM) category. Prior to joining Qualtrics, Casey led strategy, operations, and sales and marketing initiatives for Fortune 500 and FTSE 50 firms while working as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
