Josh Mathers will manage the Rebar team in his capacity as Interim CEO until a new CEO is appointed. He will collaborate with the members of the Rebar Technology Board. Josh became a member of Rebar in the middle of 2022, and he has been instrumental in shaping and advancing the company’s strategic direction ever since.

Capra Consulting Group, Mr. Mathers has over 15 years of experience in the digital subscription services and payments industries. He has been a member of the PaymentsEd Board of Directors for eleven years. He has served as Chairman of the Executive Committee on several occasions and is currently an Eagle Advisor. His attempts to improve industry norms and procedures, especially through payments education, demonstrate his dedication.
