The well-known brand in kids’ coding instruction, Code Ninjas, has formally revealed the members of its new executive leadership team

The company is moving its headquarters from Houston to Atlanta. Navin Gurnaney will lead the dynamic leadership team as Chief leadership Officer as the franchise reaffirms its commitment to influencing the direction of youth coding education worldwide. Additionally, Code Ninjas is pleased to announce the appointments of Tim Klein as Vice President of Operational Excellence, Nancy Delgadillo as Vice President of Franchise Development, Edward Kim as Vice President of Education and Training, Adam Patterson as Chief Financial Officer, Matt Rogers as Chief Marketing Officer, and Archana Singh as Chief Technology Officer.

Zack Taylor, Managing Partner of Eagle Merchant Partners, who purchased Code Ninjas in 2012, expressed his excitement about the new leadership of Code Ninjas under Navin and crew. We are excited to lead in children’s coding education, Taylor added. Their knowledge portends innovation and expansion, indicating a promising future for the industry. We have faith that they will motivate the upcoming IT generation.

After decades of developing teams and businesses at organizations including Starbucks, PepsiCo, Dominos International, Office Depot, and C2 Education, Navin joins Code Ninjas. He has played parts in three continents: Asia, Europe, and North America. Navin has a wealth of experience in the business sector and a flexible leadership style. He is passionate about performance, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Navin expressed his excitement for the future of Code Ninjas. We have a lot of optimism because of our scale, the simplicity of our concept, and the positive trends in tech education and kid enrichment. We are well-positioned for future success thanks to the involvement of our franchise owners and the new leadership team.

Nancy, a combat veteran of the U.S. Army, has 15 years of industry expertise and has successfully mentored local and foreign entrepreneurs and investors in a variety of industries, such as retail, automotive, and hospitality. Nancy is devoted to spreading awareness of this special and cutting-edge idea that nurtures the upcoming generation of programmers in her new position at Code Ninjas. Her primary focus is on both domestic and global expansion, while also helping current franchisees grow by providing them with access to a range of finance options.

Edward has more than 14 years of experience in education, much of which was spent in after-school K–12 programs. The main goals of Edward’s career have been to improve employee skills, drive growth through the use of engaging and effective content, and alter learning experiences. He will be in charge of leading important strategic choices at Code Ninjas pertaining to the staff training and curriculum that form the foundation of each Ninja’s experience. Creating the greatest Ninja experience is the team’s main objective.

Tim most recently worked for Starbucks as a regional director, overseeing 150 locations. He will collaborate with the owners of Code Ninjas to help them create a world-class company that is passionate about using coding to teach the future generation. To make sure Code Ninjas maximizes its beneficial impact on the community, Tim will combine operational excellence with the brand’s purpose to promote a culture of fun via coding and learning. By streamlining the dojos, procedures, systems, and resources, he will make sure that operational excellence is reached.

Throughout his fifteen years in advanced financial roles, Adam has supported small to mid-sized, high-growth service companies. He will be joining the Code Ninjas team and will be in charge of coordinating people, systems, and procedures to guarantee compliance and financial stability in order to best support the expansion of the brand. Adam will collaborate with franchise owners to promote best practices and enhancements throughout the network.

Having worked with brands for more than ten years, Matt most recently held the positions of Head of Global Brand and General Manager of North America at the multinational EdTech business Walnut Coding. He is in charge of creating and carrying out Code Ninjas’ distinct marketing plan. Furthermore, Matt is in charge of every ongoing effort that aims to raise the brand’s visibility in order to promote franchise success.

With twenty years of experience in technology and solution architecture, Archana is a seasoned leader with extensive knowledge of NCR POS and EY products. Her knowledge enables Code Ninjas to greatly expand its technological boundaries, encourage creativity, and improve customer service. The brand’s continued commitment to staying up to date with market trends and consistently improving its technology skills is reflected in Archana’s appointment. With her skills, Archana will be a valuable addition as the next Chief Technology Officer.

Although they are still in their infancy, this new leadership team has already had a great effect on the Code Ninjas brand because to Navin’s enthusiastic and inclusive leadership style.
