Since March 17, 2023, Ken has held the positions of Non-Executive Director and Interim Chair. He was first selected as the Board’s Interim Chair in order to give it guidance and leadership during a time of extreme unrest.
In his capacity as acting chair, Ken has presided over a number of significant changes to the company’s governance framework, including a reorganization of the board, the acquisition of crucial equity capital, and the selection of an elite management team.
