Ashok Reddy has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of KX by FD Technologies (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I), who will report to Group CEO Seamus Keating.
Reddy joins KX at the perfect time, with annual recurring revenue growth accelerating and the signing of a historic strategic partnership agreement with Microsoft earlier this year positioning KX for further growth. Reddy has a proven track record of creating and expanding international technology businesses.
For Fortune 500 firms, Reddy has more than 20 years of expertise managing teams and increasing sales.
He worked with IBM for eleven years, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of business products and platforms to a broad range of international clients.
During his time there, he more than doubled sales and added the DevOps category, which brought in more than $350 million.
Reddy increased revenue and profitability at CA Technologies by concentrating on the biggest financial services clients in the world and the cloud-based DevOps and AIOps product lines.
In a similar capacity, Reddy established the first enterprise software division for the semiconductor company Broadcom and developed and implemented a new business strategy that fueled expansion and more than tripled net margins in less than a year.
Ashok most recently served as the CEO of Digital.AI, where he quickly increased sales and established the company as the industry pioneer in AI-driven DevOps value stream management.
