The Eleco plc Board is pleased to announce Neil Pritchard’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and to the Board in October 2022. Eleco plc is an AIM-listed provider of construction software.
Neil Pritchard is leaving Corero Network Security plc, a leader in real-time, high-performance DDoS cyber defence systems, to join the company.
Neil formerly held the positions of Group Financial Director and Finance Director for the UK and Ireland subsidiary of Continental AG, a DAX-listed company, and Group Financial Director for the London-listed technology company CML Microsystems plc Group.
Neil also had senior finance positions with publicly traded businesses Yule Catto & Co. plc, now known as Synthomer plc Group, and Delta plc Group, now Valmont Industries.
He has an FCA and is a certified chartered accountant. He worked for KPMG London for six years in roles related to audit, treasury, and forensic transaction services.
He graduated from the University of Bath in the UK with a degree in Economics and Politics.
