Drew Whibley has been appointed to the Board of Directors of i-nexus Global plc (AIM: INX), a leading provider of cloud-based Strategy Execution software solutions for the Global 5000, with effect from 1 August 2022.
After more than ten years at i-nexus, and with the company continuing to make success, current CFO Alyson Levett will leave the Board at that time to pursue a portfolio career.
Ms. Levett will be available to i-nexus in the near future as an advisor to enable a smooth transition.
From pre-IPO to now, the Board praises Alyson for her dedicated stewardship of the firm alongside CEO Simon Crowther.
Drew comes to i-nexus from Aptitude Software Group plc, an LSE listed software company where he oversaw both internal and external reporting and budgetary requirements while also playing a vital role in the Group’s strategy implementation.
