Intercede, the industry leader in digital identity, credential management, and secure mobility, is happy to announce Nitil Patel’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 19, 2022.
Mr. Patel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with more than 25 years of financial expertise in both corporate and public practise. He was most recently interim CFO of D4t4 Solutions plc, a data platform technology company, and prior to that, he was CFO at Merit Group plc.
Nitil was the CFO of Zinc Media Group plc from 2001 to 2016. He has a wealth of financial, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation experience.
Andrew Walker will remain with Intercede as a Director until June, as announced on November 23, 2021, to guarantee a smooth transition through the year-end audit.
