Mark Lerdal informed the Board of Allied Minds plc yesterday of his desire to retire as a Non-executive Director of the Business with immediate effect. Allied Minds plc is an IP commercialisation company focused on early stage company development in the technology industry. His resignation has been accepted by the Board. Mark Lerdal (previously nominated by Crystal Amber) thanked the Board and expressed his support for the Allied Minds agenda moving forward in his resignation letter. The strategy plan is outlined in a shareholder circular dated March 9, 2022. He thought it was a good moment for him to step down from the Board now that the plan was in motion. The Board will immediately begin a process to evaluate the best Board and governance structure for the future.
