Hannah Luffman, Group Commercial Director of Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-listed events and communications agency, will become a Non-Executive Director with effect from 14 March 2022. Hannah Luffman is leaving her position as Group Commercial Director at Cheerful Twentyfirst (Aeorema Ltd) to pursue a position as Global Marketing Director for a cloud data hospitality firm. She will continue to serve on the Company’s board of directors as a non-executive director. Hannah’s transfer to a buying post in the marketing communications profession, according to the board, creates an exciting opportunity for the company. Hannah will be able to bring a wealth of industry experience to the table, make referrals to worldwide firms, and develop the Company’s network in all areas, with a special focus on North America, as a result of this move. Hannah will contribute research, insight, contacts, and new ties to Aeorema, according to the board. Hannah Luffman’s options will lapse upon her ceasing to be an employee and becoming a non-executive director of the Company, according to the provisions of the option deeds under which she was awarded options in April 2021.
