With great pleasure, Entegration announces Michael Russell’s appointment to the board of directors. Michael is an equity investor in small- to mid-sized growing firms, specializing on consumer and business services as a Partner at TimesSquare Capital Management. He takes great satisfaction from investing and collaborating with capable management teams that operate top-notch companies.
Michael was a standout equities analyst at Morgan Stanley before joining the Institutional Investor All-America Research Team four times in a row. He was recognized as a top-ranked analyst by Greenwich Associates. His varied professional background includes positions in corporate finance at JPMorgan and marketing at the E-Commerce Group and Time Warner.

At Entegration, Inc., Michael will be involved in corporate planning, utilizing his knowledge of equity investments and company expansion. He will closely collaborate with the board and the CEO to monitor financial performance, assess possible alliances, and find and seize new opportunities.
Serving on the boards of the American Composers Orchestra and Perrot Memorial Library, as well as being a member of the Leadership Council of Americares, Michael is actively involved in both professional and community boards. He is a Harvard Business School graduate and a Princeton University magna cum laude economics graduate.
