It is with great pleasure that Seed Capital Solutions plc, a company established to purchase a business or enterprises in market sectors that can demonstrate excellent ESG credentials, announces the appointment of Avi Robinson as a Non-Executive Director.
43-year-old Avi is a seasoned director of corporate and commercial affairs. After earning his chartered accounting qualification from RSM in 2007, he worked in transaction services for a while until joining Dowgate Capital as a corporate finance advisor. Between 2010 and 2016, he worked as an executive at Cairn Financial Advisers as a Partner, managing a portfolio of AIM listed firms and spearheading major capital markets deals in several industries. Prior to joining Servy, an enterprise self-service platform for travel and hospitality, as Regional Managing Director managing operations and spearheading business development across EMEA and APAC, he co-founded a technological start-up in the travel retail space in 2016. He is currently employed by Servy as a consultant and by URU Metals Limited as a non-executive director. Avi started working in his new role after today’s AGM.
In addition to the news made at today’s AGM, the company also announced Mike Hirschfield’s retirement as a non-executive director. The Board wishes Mike well for the future and would like to thank him for his efforts and assistance in introducing Seed Capital Solutions to the London market.
