In response to the previous notification, Saietta Group Plc affirms that Lucy Winterborne and Daniel Hurd have been appointed to the position of joint administrator of the company, effective immediately.
As a result, Canaccord Genuity Limited withdrew from its position as the Company’s designated adviser following the administrator’s appointment. The Company’s ordinary shares will no longer be admitted to trading on AIM if, within a month, a replacement nominated adviser cannot be appointed.
