Stacy Bowe has been appointed President of HSN by Qurate Retail Group SM, a division of Qurate Retail, Inc.

According to David Rawlinson, they’re in a compelling place in our turnaround’s trajectory. Since taking over as Chief Merchant for QVC US 18 months ago, Stacy has quickly adjusted our purchasing program, raised our stock levels, and revitalized the novelty and freshness of our range. Her direction has been crucial in reestablishing QVC’s special relationship with its audience and its standing as a top location for national and upstart firms. Accelerating HSN’s position with customers, brands, and the personalities and entertainers who set HSN apart in the marketplace will be made possible by Stacy’s customer-focused approach and her experience working for prestigious companies like Macy’s.

Rob Muller, who was most recently President, HSN, has decided to leave HSN in order to devote more time to his family and other interests. For the next few weeks, Muller and Bowe will collaborate closely to make sure the transfer goes smoothly. Muller is anticipated to stay on at HSN through April 2024 in order to help the changeover.

Continuing, Rawlinson expressed her gratitude to Rob for his leadership of HSN during the turnaround and wished him well in his future endeavors. “With his 23 years of experience at the company and his knowledge of both operations and commerce, he was ideally prepared to oversee the work of the last two years, which included leading the team through change and transformation and spearheading important cost-savings projects. Rob’s achievements created a solid basis for HSN’s long-term success and his vision and leadership helped to define the organization’s future course.

Bowe’s appointment takes effect right away, and Muller will assist in an advisory role during the changeover.
