Popkin, who comes to Compass Box from Stoli Group, where he was Vice President of Sales, is based in Pompano Beach, Florida. He has worked in the spirits sector for a long time, having held roles as Director of Sales at Red Bull, Senior Vice President of Sales at Taub Family Selections/Pasternak, and Sales Representatives at Southern Wine in Las Vegas and Premier Beverage in Florida.
Doyle expresses his excitement at having Jeff join Compass Box as our President of Americas. Not to mention, he has a track record of success as a team leader. This is an important appointment as we strive to increase Compass Box’s footprint in the Americas as part of our mission to grow the brand. The US in particular is a significant market for us. Jeff will be a member of our fervent Global Leadership Team as well.
Twenty years ago, while working as a Field Sales Manager in Florida, he had a taste of Compass Box Whisky and knew he was in love. He was immediately won over by the quality of drink and their distinctive storytelling, and Popkin is ecstatic to be partnering with this amazing company once more.
