Pratham works as an analyst with Punch Card Capital L.P., a Winter Park, Florida-based investment partnership focused on the long term.
Punch Card owns almost 10% of the outstanding shares, making it one of the company’s top stockholders.
Pratham will contribute his distinct viewpoint to the Board during the following stage of the Company’s growth and bring significant knowledge to the table.
Pratham formerly worked as an analyst at Lanyon Asset Management and Sandon Capital before joining Punch Card. He has more than ten years of experience in capital markets and investing.
Pratham will be seen as non-independent because of his connection to Punch Card Capital.
Punch Card Capital has pledged not to trade in Naked Wines shares during any time that insiders of the firm are likewise prohibited as a result of Pratham’s appointment.
