As the strategic leader of people and processes, Ms. Ames will drive the company’s growth acceleration in her capacity as COO. She will work directly with firm management and in tandem with Bryan Fears, the creator of the firm, to ensure high-quality client service.
According to Mr. Fears, Debbie is a superb company leader who constantly steps up to produce impressive and fruitful outcomes. Her promotion to the position of Chief Operating Officer is a major turning point for Fears Law, highlighting our commitment to both ongoing expansion and providing our clients with the best service possible. He was thrilled to have Debbie join the group as the new COO.
Ms. Ames, who most recently held the position of director at Eisner Advisory Group, brings to her new position over 15 years of operational leadership expertise, mostly in the professional services industry. She had previously held the positions of COO, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Business Development in addition to being a partner at Goldin Peiser & Peiser. In addition to having a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin, she is a Prosci® qualified Change Practitioner and a qualified Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®).
