Joe Lenz has a wealth of advising and investment experience. He has assisted businesses in making strategic capital structure investments and handling their legal and investor relations.
2012 saw Lenz join TPG Angelo Gordon. TPG, a prominent international asset manager with more than $200 billion in assets under management, offers a variety of credit and real estate investing platforms, including TPG Angelo Gordon. Joe is the Co-Head of Research and Managing Director of TPG AG Credit Solutions, a $13 billion strategy under TPG Angelo Gordon.
Lenz has illustrious experience on public business boards. He was a member of Northern Oil & Gas’s Compensation Committee and board of directors before. He is currently a member of the SECURE Energy board of directors as well as the Audit and Nominating & Governance Committees.
2010 saw Lenz graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with a focus in Economics. Lenz started his work at Morgan Stanley in the Financial Sponsors Group.
The Company entered into a partnership arrangement with TPG Angelo Gordon and funds controlled by that firm in exchange for Lenz’s nomination to the Board of Directors. The Investor Parties have consented to normal standstill, voting, and other provisions under the collaboration agreement.
