Entrepreneur Chad Hirschi is always looking for new ways to design, construct, shape, and motivate. Under his leadership as CEO and owner of Hirschi Companies, the family business has expanded from 20 industrious workers to over 850 committed team members, with offices located in Phoenix, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV. With the help of his wife Crystal, Hirschi Companies was established in 2009 and offers services to the residential and commercial construction sectors through its subsidiaries, Hirschi Powder Coating, Hirschi Iron, Hirschi Masonry, and Hirschi Trucking. In order to foster harmony among the Hirschi team and the community, the Hirschis also established Hirschi Helping Hands, which focuses on workforce development via opportunity and education, as well as service through a variety of charitable organizations both domestically and abroad.

The Southern Desert Vocational Village, a vocational training facility located at the Southern Desert Correctional Center (SDCC) that will equip 800 prisoners with skills in in-demand professions before their release, was recently announced as the result of a partnership between HPF and the Nevada Department of Corrections (NDOC). The project is anticipated to be finished in four years and is supported by HFP in collaboration with the Bill and Susan Walters Foundation and the Engelstad Foundation.
A nonprofit organization based in Las Vegas, NV called HOPE for Prisoners has been in operation since 2010 and provides men, women, and young adults leaving different facets of the legal system with comprehensive reentry and reintegration assistance. HOPE for Prisoners is to provide men, women, and young adults with the necessary tools and resources to enable them to effectively reintegrate into society after serving their sentences.
