With effect from April 1, 2024, H+H International is happy to announce the appointment of Bjarne Pedersen as the new Group CFO and member of the Executive Management. Peter Klovgaard-Jørgensen, who will remain with H+H until the end of April 2024, is succeeded by Bjarne, guaranteeing a seamless transition.
Having previously worked in finance and auditing, Bjarne Pedersen has been employed by H+H for almost 15 years. Bjarne has worked for H+H in a variety of executive capacities, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer. He has also held positions in Corporate Finance, IT, Investor Relations, and other departments.
He was happy to inform that Bjarne Pedersen will be joining us as our new Group CFO. He looks forward to leading the company with him and values him as a seasoned and devoted sparring partner. The fact that there is an internal candidate for such a crucial position who can step in with ease further thrilled him.
