News Corporation has selected Marygrace DeGrazio as the organization’s chief accounting officer to commence July 4 2022.
As a result of this appointment, Susan Panuccio, the company’s chief financial officer, relinquished her responsibilities as the principal accounting officer to Ms. DeGrazio.
Since the Corporation became a publicly traded company in 2013, Ms. DeGrazio, 45, has held a number of positions with it, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Global Financial Operations since 2020.
