Ronald J. Kramer has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Entain plc, a global sports betting and gambling firm, effective immediately.
As per the Board’s decision, Ronald J. Kramer is considered independent. The Board came to the conclusion that none of the other relationships or circumstances are likely to have an impact on his decision-making, and those that might seem to have an impact are not deemed significant for making that finding.

Ron has forty years of expertise in the casino, real estate, and corporate finance industries. He presently holds the positions of Chairman and CEO of Griffon Corporation, a diversified management and holding business with its headquarters located in New York, and he is a member of the board of directors of top home brokerage Douglas Elliman Inc. From 2002 until 2008, Ron served as the President and Director of Wynn Resorts Limited. In 1980, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and in 1981, he earned an MBA from New York University.
