Jerry Hogge was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of MultiPlan Corporation, with effect from March 11, 2024, according to a news announcement the company released on March 7, 2024.
From January 2022 to October 2023, Mr. Hogge, 58, held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at CALIBRE Systems Inc., a management consulting and digital transformation business owned by its employees. Mr. Hogge served as Senior Vice President of MITRE Public Sector at MITRE, a nonprofit advisor that advances national security and serves the public good, from June 2019 to December 2021, before coming to CALIBRE. Before joining MITRE, Mr. Hogge held a number of high-level positions at publicly listed systems integrator and technology solution provider Leidos Holdings, Inc. in highly regulated industries. These positions included Deputy Group President of Leidos Health Solutions Group from August 2012 to January 2018 and Senior Vice President of Military & Veteran Health Solutions at Leidos Health from January 2018 to June 2019.
Mr. Hogge will receive the following if the Company terminates his employment without cause: (i) twelve months of base salary continuation following termination; and (ii) payment of, or reimbursement for, COBRA premiums for a period ending on the earlier of the twelve months following the termination date and the date he obtains other employment that offers group health benefits. This will be subject to his execution of a general waiver and release of claims against the Company.
