Kevin Smith is the Managing Director of the Construction Risk Management business and an Executive Vice President of the company. He oversees the daily operations to guarantee effective and efficient performance and gives the firm with strategic direction and vision.

Christopher Baker is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Hillmann, where he is in charge of managing daily operations, carrying out corporate strategies, putting rules and procedures into place, and streamlining processes.

Kristin Worell: As the Executive Director of Business Development, Ms. Worrell oversees the company’s national business development initiatives. She finds and pursues new business ideas, collaborations, and tactics in order to drive growth in her role.

John Lauretta is the president of Hillmann Development Advisors (HDA), a company that develops and implements real estate development strategies in collaboration with investors, developers, and property owners.

Craig Downs: Mr. Downs oversees environmental, cleanup, and demolition services as an extension of the Due Diligence process in his role as Vice President of Environmental for Hillmann Development Advisors (HDA).

Kristen Brink is the Director of Integrated Services at the company. She specializes in complicated commercial real estate projects involving numerous services from the Construction Risk Management and Due Diligence service lines.

Henry Hillmann: Mr. Hillmann oversees numerous accounts both domestically and abroad in his capacity as Director of Catastrophe Services. His vast technological expertise is essential to reducing business disruption after a disastrous loss.

Ryan Terwilliger: Located in California, Mr. Terwilliger is a Regional Manager who is in charge of all aspects of the company’s activities in the Environmental Consulting and Due Diligence business lines there.

Bruno Rocha: Mr. Rocha is in charge of our NY/NJ Environmental Consulting team’s day-to-day operations as the Director of Building Sciences and Industrial Hygiene Services. In order to promote growth and expansion, he is also in charge of spotting and seizing new business prospects and collaborations.

Joe Novakowski: Mr. Novakowski oversees and leads the technical team in the Construction Risk Management branch of the company. He also resolves technical issues that may come up throughout a project.

David Song is a key member of Hillmann’s business development team, holding the position of business development manager for the New York/New Jersey area. Because of his deep experience in the Building Sciences, he can quickly ascertain the demands of his clients and actively participate in the resolution of challenging problems.
