Ms. Ramparia is a seasoned business expert and a certified chartered accountant. She has experience in investment management and corporate finance. She began her career in 1992 in the financial services audit section of PricewaterhouseCoopers. After earning her certification, she moved into the corporate finance sector of the company, where she focused on valuations and general lead advisory. Her first job was with Knox D’Arcy Investment Management as a fund manager. She has more than 14 years of expertise investing in UK stocks, including private equity and investment trusts. Having worked in the asset management industry and had positions on the boards of regulated firms, she has extensive knowledge with regulatory and compliance matters.
Currently, Ms. Ramparia works with management teams and institutional investors as an independent advisor and financial specialist. She chairs the audit committee and is a non-executive director of Northern 2 VCT Plc. As of right now, she has no stakes in the company.
