Rich Partenio has been appointed as the new President of Jered, LLC, a renowned provider of naval technology solutions

Rich’s appointment to the presidency further demonstrates Jered’s dedication to quality and innovation for its clients.

Partenio provides Jered with a plethora of knowledge in the areas of program management, new business development, defense contract management, and best practices for engineering design. His charismatic leadership style perfectly complements the culture Jered has been creating, making him an ideal match for the mission and core values of the business. Rich was the Vice President and General Manager of Federal Equipment Company, a branch of Fairbanks Morse Defense, when he joined Jered. During his time at Federal Equipment, Rich led projects for continuous improvement and improved productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Prior to joining Federal Equipment, Rich spent more than 15 years in a variety of positions at L3 Technologies, demonstrating his commitment to and proficiency in the defense sector. Rich graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, the University of Phoenix with an MBA, and Villanova University with a Master of Project Management certificate.
