In July 2023, Rebecca was named to the CHL Board. She is a member of the Conduit ESG Committee in addition to the CHL Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
As SID, Rebecca takes over from Sir Brian Williamson. Brian will remain on the CHL Board as a non-executive director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee until CHL’s AGM on May 15, 2024, at which point he will resign from the Board, despite having resigned from his SID position on the same date.
At the moment, Rebecca serves as a non-executive director for Hilton Food Group, Sabre Insurance, and Liontrust Asset Management. She has held senior independent director positions and chaired the pay, nomination, audit, and risk committees among other non-executive director positions. She also serves as the chair of Hilton Food Group’s sustainability committee.
Chairman Neil Eckert stated: Brian joined the Board during Conduit’s founding in 2020, and he is appreciative of his contribution to the company’s expansion as well as his sage advice in his capacity as SID since then. He is excited to collaborate with Rebecca in her role as SID.
