From 2015 until his retirement in 2023, Fritz held the positions of chairman, president, and chief executive officer at Union Pacific Corporation. Fritz started working at Union Pacific in 2000 as a vice president of marketing and sales. Throughout his tenure, he has held executive positions in labor relations and operations. Fritz worked for General Electric, Cooper Industries, and Fiskars Inc. before joining Union Pacific. As of right now, he is a member of The Business Council’s and Parker-Hannifin Corporation’s boards of directors.
