Fernandez is a seasoned executive in the insurance sector, bringing to her current position over 25 years of expertise in the field. She previously held several executive positions at Farmers Insurance, including President of Farmers Commercial Insurance, President of Bristol West Insurance, and EVP of Operations. Most recently, she served as CEO Insurance and Corporate COO of Buckle Insurance, a start-up that offers insurance products and car leasing to the gig economy. Her career began at USAA, where she served in a variety of capacities and rose to the rank of leadership.
