Evry Health Welcomes Christina Rassi as Chief Growth Officer

The tech-forward business-to-business health insurance provider Evry Health introduced Christina Rassi as its new Chief Growth Officer. Rassi has twenty years of experience working for large health insurance companies, and she has a track record of fostering strategic alliances and expanding company. Rassi is in a good position to drive Evry Health’s expansion into new markets and advance the company’s objective of reintroducing humanity and a member-centered approach to health insurance. Following its acquisition by Globe Life in October 2023, Evry Health has gained additional momentum with the recent installation of a new boss.

According to Rassi, Evry Health is a “worthy rival” that is bringing about constructive change in healthcare through competition and an unwavering dedication to enhancing the entire member experience. Health plans have too long functioned as isolated units, with disjointed teams managing member services, network contracts, pricing, and other tasks. We have brought all elements together under one roof at Evry Health in order to carefully address the whole healthcare ecosystem. Genuine change in this business will be driven by competition, not just innovation.

Rassi’s role as Chief Growth Officer will involve informing employers and broker channel partners about Evry Health’s network and benefit plan approach. She has decades of market expertise and a thorough awareness of the needs of members and employees. Prior to joining Evry, Rassi worked for a rival national carrier for 16 years in a variety of middle market and national account roles. She was also the executive director and market head of sales and services. With 50 employees, Rassi oversaw the development and upkeep of more than 250,000 business members throughout Texas.

Rassi expressed his excitement about spearheading expansion, establishing strategic synchronization, nurturing external alliances, and presenting inventive regional solutions to our business customers.

According to Chris Gay, CEO of Evry Health, “they have methodically built the healthcare experience for our members that we wanted for ourselves, from the medical provider network to the technology powering the member experience.” Christina’s employment is a testament to our commitment to reimagining healthcare. She will expedite our strategic expansion while we maintain our high standard of customer service. We think the answer should be healthcare, not antiquated systems burdened by antiquated procedures.

Rassi is licensed and appointed in all 50 states, having graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Oklahoma State University. She serves on the 50/50 Women on Boards Advisory Board, mentors through the Asian Professional Network Association, and takes part in industry and community projects including the Healthcare Board Diversity Leadership Council. She currently resides in Allen, within the DFW metroplex.

With a human response time of less than 30 seconds, Evry Health’s human-centric strategy places a strong emphasis on individualized care, which improves member engagement and benefits for both employers and employees. A proprietary physician network and technology fuel Evry Health, streamlining the member and employer experience. Redundancies and disconnects that now exist throughout the disjointed healthcare delivery system are eliminated by the technology-based approach.

Evry Health is reintroducing health insurance to humanity. Health insurance at Evry isn’t just about coverage, deductibles, and rates. Making sure our clients lead happier, healthier lives is our main goal. Evry offers a humane, individualized touch to the way we provide health insurance. Because we think healthcare should be a solution rather than a system, we are going above and above to increase access and affordability.
