John Bailey has been named CEO of Dewhurst Group plc (AIM: DWHT), a global manufacturer and supplier of high-quality components to the lift, transport, and keypad sectors, effective as of today.
John currently serves on the company’s board of directors and is the managing director of its A&A Electrical Distributors division.
David Dewhurst’s resignation as Group Managing Director and assumption of an Executive position as Strategic Advisor coincide with John’s appointment.
The Dewhurst Group plc Board of Directors’ current members are still in place.
John worked in senior commercial positions for top building equipment manufacturers before joining Dewhurst in 2008.
John has spent his entire 15-year career with Dewhurst Group leading our TMP and A&A businesses as Managing Director and contributing significantly to the growth of our businesses both domestically and abroad at the Group Board level.
