CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, prismatic supercapacitors and energy management systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Steen Feldskov as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately. Feldskov is considered independent by the Board of Directors.
Mr. Feldskov joins the CAP-XX board of directors with nearly 40 years of experience in the electronics business, half of which was spent selling and marketing electronic components and the rest in top management roles for electronics companies.
He is currently the Country Manager for Hamamatsu Photonics Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of Hamamatsu Photonics K. K., a Japanese manufacturer of optical sensors, electric light sources, and other optical equipment that is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Mr Feldskov graduated from the University of Southern Denmark with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and the Copenhagen Business School with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing.
Steen is also a member of the Danish Management Society (Danish Management Society).
