Mark A. Zorko, a principal of the executive management organisation Brentwood Advisory Group, has been appointed to the board of directors of Nu Skin Enterprises. Zorko was also named by the board to the audit, nominating, and corporate governance committees.
Zorko co-founded Brentwood Advisory twelve years ago and currently holds the position of principal. He has previously worked for multinational, publicly traded companies in the manufacturing, energy, medical device, and high-tech sectors in a variety of managerial roles. Previously, he held positions as interim CEO of Well Services Ltd., a Steel Excel company, and CFO of the public energy industry firm Steel Excel and medical imaging company DGT Holdings. At present, he is a member of the boards of Modern Mining Technology Corp. and Westell Technologies.
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Ohio State University and an MBA in IT from the University of Minnesota. Zorko started his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen after earning his MBA, and he progressed through the controllership levels at Honeywell and Zenith Data Systems in both the US and Europe. As a qualified public accountant, he holds active membership in the NACD and holds cybersecurity credentials from CERT and Director qualified.
