The appointment of Lee Bowman as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) has been announced with by QuidelOrtho Corporation. In this crucial position, Bowman directs QuidelOrtho’s HR strategy and spearheads programs that provide a vibrant and welcoming work environment. The President and CEO, Brian Blaser, is the person to whom Bowman reports.
Bowman has over 25 years of leadership expertise in human resources and a remarkable career spanning important positions in significant businesses. He most recently held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at RadNet, a preeminent provider of healthcare technology, where he oversaw groundbreaking programs in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. He has made major contributions to the careers of others at Levi Strauss & Co., Target, and Edwards Lifesciences, where he oversaw HR initiatives with a focus on organisational expansion and team building.
In his capacity as CHRO, Bowman is in charge of all aspects of QuidelOrtho’s HR department, including the creation and execution of plans for hiring, benefits, compensation, talent management, training, and staff development.
Bowman received his bachelor’s degree in science from Towson University and his MBA from San Diego State University.
