The market access practice is centered on strengthening public health infrastructure in the United States and enhancing healthcare for underserved populations, especially impoverished and rural regions.

Matero brings an abundance of expertise to Innsena with a varied career that includes over 12 years in state and municipal government and a role heading government relations, public policy, and social impact at Collective Medical. She managed Medicaid EHR incentives, oversaw HIE and interoperability programs, and established public-private partnerships while employed by the Oregon Health Authority’s Office of Health Information Technology. Matero is a skilled leader with a track record in developing healthcare programs and implementing system changes. She is excellent at developing clever, problem-solving tactics that improve service delivery. Her diverse skill set and capacity for successful execution at all organizational levels make her an invaluable asset to Innsena and the larger healthcare sector.
