According to Dr. Pflederer, He has had the honor to work with Evergreen in a number of capacities over the last two years as we worked together to improve the quality of life for patients living with chronic kidney disease (CKD). The resources and support that Evergreen’s approach offers nephrologists like myself are unparalleled, adding value to the treatment we provide and giving patients and their families hope. He is ecstatic to be involved in this groundbreaking project.
Personalized plans and treatment are provided by Evergreen, a multifaceted organization, to suit the needs of individuals with chronic renal disease at each stage of their journey. According to Adam Boehler, Executive Chairman of Evergreen Nephrology, the company works in collaboration with nephrology practices across the nation to increase transplants for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), slow down the progression of the disease, reduce needless hospitalizations, and move care closer to home.
