Ananda Developments Plc is happy to announce Vitalii Ratushnyi’s appointment as an adviser with a focus on data and analytics.

Vitalii is a specialist in analytics, statistics, and quantitative modeling. With his employment, Ananda will be able to more effectively target its research efforts by finding both new and potential illness areas where cannabinoids may be effective. His proficiency with large-scale data will facilitate Ananda’s evaluation of patient groups in underserved areas and aid in the creation of novel cannabinoid medications. The goal of Vitalii is to compile a database of more than 10,000 illnesses whose symptoms may be treated by cannabis. Next, the database will be narrowed down to illnesses for which there is proof that cannabidiol may be used as a treatment. Ananda will receive information sets through refinement and interrogation that will help her find research prospects for clinical trials. The aim of the company is to present the necessary proof to enable the NHS to offer cannabis-based medications.

At the Kyiv University of Technology and Design, where he majored in computer science and minored in behavioral psychology, Vitalii earned a master’s degree in business administration. With nine years of expertise in the IT industry, Vitalii started out working for various Israeli organizations as a Data Engineer and Solution Architect. In addition, he has served as a founding engineer for several start-ups, pushing the boundaries of innovation with his distinct viewpoint and technological know-how. Currently, Vitalii develops quantitative models and tools to assist with investment decisions while employed at an investment fund.
