Emmanuel joined Kay Properties in 2006 after serving with the Huntington Beach Police Department, where he attained the ranks of Lead Detective and Field Training Officer prior to his retirement in 2024 as a Law Enforcement Supervisor. Emanuel served eight years as a combat engineer for the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of sergeant, prior to entering the field of law enforcement.
In addition to the Series 7, 22, 63, and SIE licenses, Emanuel possesses a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine.
