Ari Glazer will take over as Chief Financial Officer at Mohegan, a leading global provider of upscale casino and entertainment resorts, the company stated. Mr. Glazer brings a lot of financial acumen and industry knowledge to the position from his more than 20 years of experience as an advisor to international gaming and hospitality organizations in the investment banking sector. All financial operations, including capital markets, accounting, taxation, treasury, procurement, and cash management, will fall under his purview. Ray Pineault, the Mohegan president and chief executive officer, will get reports from Mr. Glazer.

Mr. Glazer joins Mohegan with over 20 years of experience in investment banking and a proven track record of strategic accomplishments and leadership. He worked with Citigroup for twenty years before joining Mohegan, most recently as a managing director and global head of client coverage for gaming and hospitality. Leading businesses in the sector have benefited from Mr. Glazer’s advice on strategic and capital markets transactions. He has effectively guided clients through challenging circumstances by coming up with creative solutions that have significantly increased corporate growth and created value. His extensive background in both domestic and international financial markets helps Mohegan maintain its position as the world’s top operator of diverse gaming.

Mr. Glazer graduated with honors from Columbia University’s Columbia Business School with an M.B.A. and a B.A. from New York University.
