With effect from March 1, 2024, Ms. Bar, a seasoned finance executive with 20 years of experience, will take over as the company’s CFO in place of Limor Moshe Lotker. She will answer directly to the CEO of the company, Haggai Alon.
Ms. Bar will be in charge of all aspects of the company’s international finance, including tax, investor relations, and financial planning and analysis. Her hiring into the team is a testament to the company’s dedication to strengthening its key competencies.
