Stuart has worked in the real estate industry for more than 13 years. He most recently held the role of CFO at Property Alliance Group, where he was responsible for group reporting and commercial finance, which included funding alternatives such as forward funding and traditional debt financing as well as development transactions. Stuart worked in several top positions with Bruntwood Group for seven years, including direct involvement in significant development projects, before joining Property Alliance Group. Stuart began his professional career in the Real Estate division of Grant Thornton, where he worked on multiple significant PPP projects. With effect from February 16, 2024, Anthony Unsworth, our current CFO, will step down as Executive Director and CFO, per our announcement on September 29, 2023.
Stuart’s appointment as Chief Financial Officer at One Heritage Group PLC has pleased David Izett, Chairman of One Heritage Group, who also welcomed him to the Board of Directors. We are eager to take advantage of his financial know-how and industry experience in North England real estate development. He would like to express gratitude on behalf of the Board to Anthony for his significant work as CFO. We hope that he achieves all of his future goals.
