With effect from March 5, 2024, Jupiter Fund Management plc is happy to announce Siobhan Boylan’s appointment as an independent non-executive director.
With more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Siobhan Boylan is a chartered accountant with a focus on wealth and asset management. Siobhan serves as the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Coutts Board of NatWest Wealth. She formerly served as Legal & General Investment Management’s and Brewin Dolphin Holdings plc’s chief financial officer. Siobhan held several high-level positions in Aviva plc before this, such as Chief Financial Officer of Aviva Investors and Aviva North America. Siobhan obtained her PwC LLP accounting qualification.
With effect from her appointment, Siobhan will join the Company’s Audit, Risk, and Nomination Committees.
The company’s chair, David Cruickshank, stated that they are happy to announce Siobhan Boylan’s appointment as an independent non-executive director. As we pursue our expansion ambitions, the Board and our Audit and Risk Committee will benefit from her vast financial experience within our business sector and great commercial acumen.
