With the appointment of Chun Hyunjae as Korea Country Manager, Celonis, the leader in process mining globally, has increased its footprint in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) area.
With over 23 years of experience in leadership roles at Oracle, Red Hat, and most recently Palantir, Chun Hyunjae is a seasoned veteran of the IT business. Chun Hyunjae, in her role as Country Manager, will concentrate on growing Celonis’ activities in Korea. She will collaborate with Celonis partners to assist both new and current clients in streamlining their business operations and maximizing the potential of their procedures.
According to the Everest Group Process Mining PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2023, Celonis, which joined the Korean market this year, is well-established in the Asia-Pacific region and has the largest market share for process mining in most of these regions. Additionally, Celonis was recognized by Gartner in 2023 as a Leader in the very first Magic QuadrantTM for Process Mining Tools.
Philippe Mathieu, SVP EMEA and APAC at Celonis, expressed his excitement at having Chun Hyunjae join the company as our Country Manager for Korea, a critical region for our APAC business. “Hyunjae is the perfect individual to spearhead our expansion in Korea and assist our clients in generating substantial business value for their top, bottom, and green lines because to her extensive knowledge of the IT sector, leadership experience, and local knowledge.
Chun expressed his excitement at being the Country Manager for Korea at Celonis. He will concentrate on providing customized solutions based on Celonis’ market-leading process intelligence to help our customers boost productivity, deliver value, increase customer satisfaction, and run more sustainably. I will do this by drawing on my experience with enterprise software and my in-depth knowledge of the area. He is excited to see Celonis’ operations in Korea grow and to collaborate with our partners to bring the process mining community even larger.
