Jenn Rist has joined Centennial, as Principal and Head of Project Development.

Located in the Northeast, Texas, and the Mid-Atlantic, Centennial’s portfolio of contracted and running assets includes a variety of investment-grade offtake and community solar projects. The company was founded in 2014. Prominent proprietors of commercial and industrial facilities, publicly traded REITs, and Fortune 500 businesses are among the clientele.

Centennial provides commercial real estate owners with triple net (NNN) leases that increase income without adding to expenses. Centennial also provides lower electricity rates for energy-intensive facilities by way of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), which acts as a long-term financial hedge.

According to David John Frenkil, Founder and Managing Principal of Centennial, Jenn has supported Centennial’s recent growth through her demonstrated solar industry expertise and dedication to our customers. Since joining Centennial, Jenn’s interactions with utilities and federal, state, and local government entities have resulted in expedited project schedules. We are thrilled to announce Jenn’s promotion to Principal and her continued direction of the project development team at Centennial.

Jenn Rist expressed her excitement and gratitude for taking on this new role at Centennial. Her objective is to contribute my skills to help this team that has been collaborating for the last ten years and to keep creating project development procedures that our investors and consumers can rely on. She was really thrilled to contribute to Centennial’s future development.

In the spring of 2023, Jenn joined Centennial, bringing with her more than ten years of expertise in the solar sector. She oversaw the delivery of over 200 MW of solar power installed across the US. Jenn, a Maryland native and Johns Hopkins University alum, has been certified as a Project Management Professional since 2015.

Centennial has been providing solar and battery energy storage projects since 2014. Its clientele includes prominent owners of commercial and industrial sites, publicly traded REITs, and Fortune 500 corporations.
