The UK-based oil and gas company Hurricane Energy plc is happy to announce Linda Janice Beal’s appointment as an independent non-executive director, effective immediately.
In addition to joining the Remuneration Committee, Linda will chair the Audit and Risk Committee.
Her vast expertise in tax consulting for international E&P customers while working as a tax partner at Grant Thornton and PwC, as well as her most recent work as a director of listed small cap natural resources companies.
