With effect from May 9, 2022, Centrica plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Nathan Bostock as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Nathan will join the Audit & Risk Committee as well as the Nominations Committee. “I look forward to welcoming Nathan to the Board as a Non-Executive Director in May,” stated Chairman Scott Wheway.
